Juicing, or making fresh juices, has become extremely popular due to the immense health benefits that go along with drinking them regularly. Fresh juices can add a plethora of fruits and vegetables to your daily intake. Substitute fresh juice for a meal for a healthy alternative, or use juices as snacks throughout the day. Purchase a juicer or blender to easily create healthy weight loss juices. Juicers come in a wide range of styles and price points, so choose one that fits your budget and lifestyle. Juicers are the most effective tool for extracting the most juice out of fruit and vegetables, so having one helps eliminate waste. However, if you cannot afford a juicer, a blender works well too.
2Create weight loss juices by utilizing your favorite fruits and vegetables. There are many recipes available in books and online, but juices are easy to make if you are not afraid to experiment. Add a combination of fruits to your juicer for a sweeter juice, such as apples, grapes and pineapple.
3Place a combination of vegetables in your juicer for a healthy and nutritious weight loss drink. Include veggies such as spinach, carrots, beets, kale, celery, fennel and Swiss chard. Rotate the colors and varieties of vegetables as much as possible so that your body is getting the full amount of nutrients that it needs.
4Add fresh herbs to the mixture for an extra flavor component. Parsley is inexpensive and is believed to help detoxify the liver. Basil, thyme and cilantro can be added in for new flavors combinations.
5Place additional flavors into your juices with the use of lemons, limes and ginger. Apple, carrot and ginger juice is healthy for weight loss and are also delicious. Adding lemon or lime to a juice recipe helps to liven up the rest of the flavors. Don't be afraid to experiment. If you don't like it, you do not have to make it again.
