    Choose a variety of fruits and vegetables in a wide range of colors. Not only will this diversification help break up the monotony of consuming the same foods over and over again, but your body will also get a variety of essential vitamins and minerals. Try experimenting with different combinations of fruits and vegetables to help you lose weight by juicing. Juicing ingredients could include carrots, watermelon, cucumber, celery and cranberry.
