The best way to rid your body of toxins is to monitor your food intake, eat certain valuable nutrients and rest your body. Phase 1

    Begin by fasting for a 24-hour period. Whereas this may sound extreme, it helps rest the bodily organs such that they can eliminate toxins and restore nutrients. This will help your circulation, liver, kidneys, skin and many other organs return to a healthy state.

    Drink a lot of water during your fasting period. This will help your body remove the toxins. Drinking lemon juice in your water can also help restore your liver and kidneys.

    Eat garlic. If you're fasting and you need a small snack, then you can eat pure garlic. It will taste spicy and may be hard to swallow, but it will help eliminate many toxins in your digestive system.

Phase II

    Start to eat after your fasting period, but stick to raw vegetables. These are the easiest types of food for your body to digest, and they will help provide nutrients to body parts that are repairing.
