1. Eliminate all white flour, sugar and junk filler from your diet. This includes soda. These can hide in almost all food, so get in the habit of checking labels. These "foods" wreck your health, send your blood sugar soaring and then crashing, then tell your body it needs more when it doesn't. Eating these foods also tells your body to store fat.
22. Eat whole, pure food, like eggs, chicken, beef, fish. A little cheese is okay. Eat 3 cups of veggies a day (salad, broccoli, spinach, ect.) Eat when you're hungry, but don't eat too much.
33. Drink water and exercise. Even if it's a 10-minute jaunt around the block, absolutely exercise. Lifting weights is another good way to speed up inches lost. Invest in some 5-pound weights and a good how-to book.
