Miracle Noodles HCG Diet

The HCG diet is an incredibly strict diet that maintains a limit of 500 calories a day. The food allowed in this diet is, naturally, quite limited. As a result of the limited allowed food and calories, it can be a difficult diet to maintain. The Miracle Noodle is a noodle that allegedly has zero calories and fat in each serving. Using this noodle on the HCG diet can make this a much easier diet.

Breakfast

    Breakfast on the HCG diet is incredibly basic. Tea or coffee without sugar is all that is generally allowed. Water should be drunk in large amounts as well. Milk on this diet is limited to one tablespoon every day, while saccharin or Stevia can be used for your coffee for taste. However, with the Miracle Noodle, you can have a breakfast of noodles in the morning. Don't use butter or cheese for flavor, as this will violate the strict HCG diet guidelines. You may also wish to skip noodles in the morning if noodles that early aren't to your taste.

Lunch

    Lunch and dinner have four different categories. You are allowed 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp with all the fat removed. Weigh your meat raw. Boil or grill it. You cannot eat salmon, eel, tuna, herring, or dried fish. Pickled fish is also not allowed. You can have one type of vegetable: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, or cabbage. Breadsticks are allowed as is Melba toast, but only one. You can only have one apple and orange, a handful of strawberries, and one half of the grapefruit.
    A lunch integrating all of these foods can be livened up with Miracle Noodles. For example, boil some Miracle Noodles while grilling a piece of chicken breast. Boil some asparagus as well. Cut up your chicken breast into small pieces and sprinkle it in your Miracle Noodles. Top it with your vegetable. Add your vegetables and sprinkle a little garlic on top for flavor. Bake one piece of breadstick for dipping in your main dish. Have an apple for a nice fruit snack. The seasonings allowed on this diet are limited to salt, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, and marjoram. No butter or salad dressings can be used.

Dinner

    Dinner has the same four items allowed for lunch. Never exceed the four items allowed at each meal. Dinner can be a great time to diversify your diet. Boil 100 grams of white fish, carefully removing any fat. Flavor some lettuce with lemon juice. Toast a piece of Melba toast and flavor with one of the allowed seasonings. Boil your Miracle Noodles and flavor them with some sweet basil. Keep your noodles and fish separate, but flavor your fish with some sweet basil as well. Eat a half of a grapefruit after you're done for dessert.

    These suggestions are just a few of the possible ways to use Miracle Noodles on the HCG diet. They are meant merely as a guideline and you can vary your meal choices as much as you want in the confines of the strict guidelines of the HCG diet. The most important thing is to enjoy the food you eat.
