How to Make Raw Vegan Green Veggie Juice

Many raw vegan diets call for detoxification of the body by drinking a fresh vegetable and fruit juice mixture at least once a day. Celebrity doctor and talk show host Dr. Mehmet Oz believes that eating raw, live vegetables, nuts and fruits will lower cholesterol, control blood sugar and aid in weight loss. Actress and cancer advocate Kris Carr claims that following this diet can also halt the advances of cancer and even reverse the effects of aging. Add this to my Recipe Box.

Instructions

    Wash all vegetables.

    Chop all vegetables so that they will fit in the juicer.

    Push all vegetables through the feeding shoot of the juicer to separate the juice from the fiber. Press the vegetables gently with the plunger; do not force them.

    Fill a drinking glass with ice.

    5

    Pour your fresh green vegetable juice over ice and serve.
