How to Use Goji Juice

Goji juice is derived from the goji berry native to the Himalayas. It is rich in antioxidants which are famous for their ability to strengthen the immune system, and counteract free radical damage. Free radicals are molecules that damage skin cells and that are partly responsible for aging and diseases like cancer. Thanks to its high antioxidant content, goji juice is used by people who want to improve their overall health and boost their immune systems.

    Shake the goji juice bottle vigorously before drinking. Pour two ounces of the juice into a small cup.

    Drink two ounces of goji juice as soon as you get up in the morning and before eating breakfast. Drinking the juice on an empty stomach will allow it to absorb more readily into your system.

    Drink two ounces of goji juice immediately before going to sleep at night. Four ounces of goji juice a day is the recommended daily amount, but there have been no side effects reported with consuming more than this amount.

    Refrigerate the goji juice to keep it fresh. Consume the entire bottle of goji juice within 30 days after opening.
