Vitamins in healthy doses are beneficial for the entire body. The best vitamins for coronary heart disease are folate and vitamin B. Vitamin E and C do not help in coronary heart disease, although many people take these supplements for their health.
Reduced Carbohydrates
Reducing simple carbohydrates, such as those found in white bread, rice or processed foods, is a fundamental way to lose weight and lower your chances of coronary heart disease. The benefit of lowering carbohydrates is a reduced chance of getting diabetes. Diabetes increases the chances of getting coronary heart disease.
