How to Lose Weight Incredibly Fast

Weight control can be tricky and expensive. The best solution to shedding extra pounds can take time, but not always. There are many methods to drop weight quickly, and inexpensively. Certainly liposuction and a tummy tuck will remove the weight fast, but in the same recovery time you can do the same yourself, without the high cost of surgery. The following tips can help you not only lose weight quickly, but maintain the loss long term.

Instructions

    1

First be ready, mentally and physically to start a weight loss program. The highest success will come if you talk to your physician to make certain you have no underlying medical conditions that could jeopardize your progress. Having the right mindset and positive frame of mind will also help you reach your goal.

    2

Grab your trash can and clean out your fridge and pantry. Getting rid of old, stale and outdated foods will help remove temptation. Trash (or donate to a food pantry) any processed foods high in fats or carbohydrates, these foods will become stored fat instead of helping you lose weight.

    3

Avoid the inner aisles at the grocery store. The freshest and healthiest foods are generally on the outer perimeter at your grocer. Fresh produce, meats and dairy, paired with healthy whole grains from the bakery are better for a balanced diet.

    4

Water is essential. Instead of substituting high-sugar juices or sports drinks for calorie-laden sodas and energy drinks, drink water with a little fresh-squeezed fruit as flavoring. The water will keep you hydrated and cleanse your body.

    5

Eat your veggies. High in vitamins and nutrients, but low in sugar and containing zero fat, vegetables are the ideal weight loss food. Instead of thick cheese or butter sauces, try balsamic vinegar or herbs as a topping.

    6

Begin an exercise regimen. Key to losing weight, particularly quickly, is exercising more. Just remember, the distance traveled is not as important as the duration -- increasing your heart rate for a longer period of time burns at least as much as a high-intensity 15-minute work-out.

    7

Do not get stuck in a routine. When exercising, alternate cardio work-outs with core strengthening programs. Mix up your menus and try new recipes with vegetable combinations you may not have tried before.
