This is a water that is mixed with several ingredients. It is from the prevention.com website. It is part of the fat belly diet. This water can be drunk whether you are on the diet or not.
2Fill up a container with 2 quarts of water.
3Take the mint leave stems and break off 12 mint leaves and place inside the water.
4Wash you lemon on the outside good and slice very thin and add to water.
5Take your cucumber and peel off the outside with a pealer or knife. After slice really thin.
6Take the ginger root and grate it on the fine section of your grater. Add to the water.
7Put the water in the refrigerator and let it get cold. Overnight is recommended on the Prevention web sites directions. I will add this resource to the bottom of the page.
