How to make Sassy Water

This is a refreshing change from drinking regular lemon water. Add this to my Recipe Box.

Instructions

    This is a water that is mixed with several ingredients. It is from the prevention.com website. It is part of the fat belly diet. This water can be drunk whether you are on the diet or not.

    Fill up a container with 2 quarts of water.

    Take the mint leave stems and break off 12 mint leaves and place inside the water.

    Wash you lemon on the outside good and slice very thin and add to water.

    Take your cucumber and peel off the outside with a pealer or knife. After slice really thin.

    Take the ginger root and grate it on the fine section of your grater. Add to the water.

    Put the water in the refrigerator and let it get cold. Overnight is recommended on the Prevention web sites directions. I will add this resource to the bottom of the page.
